About Me

Hi! I am Stephanie, a third grade teacher, mom, wife, Pinterest addict, and writer behind 3rd Grade Thoughts.
I have been teaching for ten years and have taught in third, second, and fifth grade. I can honestly say my heart lies in third and I couldn't imagine ever switching again!

I have a Masters in Elementary Education from Teachers College, Columbia University and although I miss NYC, I adore living near the beautiful Rocky Mountains in Colorado.

Who could ever get tired of this view?

I hope you enjoy browsing around my blog and I love hearing from fellow teachers about all things school, so feel free to leave a comment!

I've been fortunate enough to have been featured in the following places:
NBC News   The Daily Cafe   Really Good Stuff DonorsChoose.org Blog   Scholastic Parent & Child Magazine

If you are interested in advertising, product reviews, or giveaways, feel free to email me at 3rdGradeThoughts@gmail.com and we can chat :)
