A Video Walk-Through of My *NEW* Erin Condren Teacher's Lesson Planner

Have you all heard of the Erin Condren teacher's lesson planner? It came *highly* recommended to me from friends, teachers, and fellow bloggers, so I knew I had to check it out.

I am *so* glad I did!!

If you're like me, although you love the online world, there are just certain things you need to hand write to remember. It's the main way I can stay organized, along with having a specific place for everything, and I think this planner will fit the bill perfectly.

I made a video walking you through my planner, so without further ado, here's me rambling on about fonts, colors, and check lists ;)

The code to save 25% through the end of this month (eek! 2 more days!!) is WELOVETEACHERS and you can head directly to their lesson planners HERE.

There is also another video to watch HERE to see things even more close-up. If you're like me, you don't want to spend this much on a planner without seeing it in action 1,001 times!!

Do you have any questions? I am happy to answer them! Just leave them in the comments below.

Disclaimer: Erin Condren does not know who I am! I bought this with my own money and definitely think it was worth it :) The link to her store is my affiliate link.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great Wednesday :)

  2. LOVE! I have been wanting to get one of these planners for so long. I am so envious when I see someone with one that with that coupon code you gave us, I may purchase one! Also, loved the video that walks us through everything. Definitely makes the decision to get one that much easier!

  3. I wish I loved my life planner as much as you love your teacher planner:( I don't ever use mine and was SO excited about it too. I found to too bulky a lot of extra stuff I didn't need. I type my lesson plans...otherwise I do think the teacher planner looks better than the life planner!

  5. I bought the life planner last year and loved it...I do online lesson plans (don't have to BUT do have to turn it all in at the end of the year...) was thinking about getting the teacher one this year....do you feel like it can also be a personal one???? Thanks!

    1. Hi Tara,

I could *easily* see this being a personal planner, especially as a blogger!! I thought I might need a separate planner for blogging, but as soon as this came, it was easy to see how this one can hold everything!! You could still lesson plan online and use this as a general outline-- with 7 lines per subject in the lesson planner box, it can't hold that much detail anyway-- and then leave a space for blogging, Monday Made-Its, and more :) :)

Thanks so much for stopping by!! Let me know if you get one, I would love to see how it turns out!

  9. Thank you for the video! I also love to see videos of things like this in action and close up. I have a life planner this year, and in the end it really just wasn't worth the money for me because I don't really use the daily breakdown. But I am definitely going to buy the lesson planner- it's too fab not to!

    1. Hi Rachel,

I had looked into the Life Planner a while back and thought the same thing as you- outside of school, there isn't much else to plan for me, so this seems like it can cover both school, blogging, and life (or at least I hope so!!). Plus, it just looks so darn cute, so I know that will motivate me more to actually use it!!

Thanks so much for stopping by :)

  12. Stephanie,

I loved watching your video!! You are too cute!!! I used an EC lesson planner for the first time this year and LOVED it!! I haven't ordered one for next year yet since I can't decide on a cover, but after watching your video I am excited all over again and want to order one right away!!! I am especially in love with the tabs! This year I had post-it note tabs coming out everywhere, their nice reinforced tabs will be so much better!

  13. Stephanie....

WOW thanks for sharing. I had purchased a planner from TPT and dreaded customizing it though I loved the cover and colors. I was super excited as I watched your video and again when watching the one on her site. I just placed my order. So excited for it to arrive.

  14. I have been thinking about getting the planner but I didn't know anyone that has used it. Thanks for the info. I always need to write things out and like the idea of everything being in one place. I have the life planner and use it everyday -love it

  15. We have grade book online and I always used a printed spreadsheet for grades, buy a calendar and just try to keep up with my lesson planning. This year it proved to be too much paper and seperation. I said I wanted to buy something that had all 3. $50 seems steep but I love it and I want one. Checking out their site now.

  17. I absolutely love it! I just ordered one (chalkboard) and can't wait to use it!

BTW, my students are the ones that used your RACKS idea and were featured on the NBC article.

Thank you for such great inspiration.

  18. Thank you for your video!!! I ordered mine last week (Supposed to ship out TODAY!!) and I was wondering what stickers came in there! I love how you read them out since I couldn't make them out from your video or the one she posted on her website :) Adding your blog to my BlogLovin' feed as well!!

  19. Another thought: I was thinking about taking a picture of each of my kindergarten students when I meet them in two weeks (we have an awesome summer session just for setting expectations and learning how to line up, etc) and putting their pictures on the day of their birthday!

  20. I wish I would have seen this before the end of May!!! :-( I just found out about this planner a couple weeks ago...shocking I know! But I delved into the site yesterday to really check it out and decided I wanted/needed one. Waaaaaaah! Do you know of any other deals coming up or going on? I did check Retail Me Not and found some that might work...but I have to wait for my summer school money to come in next week so I don't freak my husband out when I purchase this.

  21. Thank you so much for the walk through!! It's so helpful to see what's inside before buying! I just wanted to ask you what size the planner is? When you showed the plastic page protector at the back it looked like 8.5x11.. but from watching the rest of the video I got the impression that it's the same size as the life planners? :)
